TERMS & CONDITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“MHTCC/We/Us/Our” means Master’s Home Touch Caribbean Cuisine Takeaway; Or Our Delivery Partners.
“Master’s Home Touch Caribbean Cuisine Takeaway, the trading name of Master’s Home Touch Caribbean Cuisine and Catering Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12697113, whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.
“Website” means www.mastershometouch.co.uk
“Application” means the mobile application that you use for placing food orders, whether our website for catering services or our Delivery Partners for Takeaway. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If you wish to place an order with us, or our Delivery Partners Application will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order, you will be given the opportunity to review and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order and that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting it. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please give us a call for understanding.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Despatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from traffic delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with MHTCC Takeaway, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. MHTCC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and/or, SMS or via the website. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us or our Delivery Partners are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Once an acknowledgment from us our Delivery Partners is given to you, it is confirmation of our acceptance of your order. Only the meals you ordered will be listed to be sent. We also will from time to time send a complimentary item, however, we reserve the right to cease this if the items of complimentary have run out.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. We also reserve the right to change or remove an item from our menu. Please check carefully before you order.
All online card payments are made to our Delivery Partners or us depending on the service required. Payments made to them or us will appear on your statement as the Company name. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, SMS, or notification on the website of our Delivery partners, the monies paid shall be used for the value of goods you have purchased as listed.
We will not share your details with any other parties apart from what you have given our Delivery Partners or MHTCC. We may however contact you from to time with Offers. You can unsubscribe from us contacting you.
Delivery Estimates & Quality
Times given for collection and delivery are only approximate; neither Our Delivery Partners nor MHTCC can provide an exact time for delivery but endeavor to deliver within the approximate delivery time specified when you place your order.
Order Cancellation and Amendments
Once the order has been confirmed and payment is taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. Our aim also is to ensure your order gets to you in excellent condition how it left our premises to get to you. However, 100% Customer Satisfaction is our aim so please contact us to resolve any issue or give us Feedback. We will endeavor to assist you but cannot guarantee your request will be accepted as food processing may already be underway. Again we aim for Excellent Customer service, so, if you’re unhappy with the quality of any of our goods by MHTCC, please contact us to resolve the issue.
